The ARTE PORTAS Association is an independent, non-partisan and non-profit association of citizens.
It is an association for the promotion of civil culture and civic entrepreneurship, fine arts and musical and poetic expression.
The Arte portas Association was founded with the aim of promoting civil culture, civic entrepreneurship, fine arts and musical arts in Croatia and abroad in accordance with the legal system of the respective country.
The areas of activity of the Arte portas Association with regard to its goals are: performing arts, literary and publishing activities, audiovisual activities, education and inclusion.
The activities of the Arte portas Association are:
– promotion of fine arts and musical arts, and translations of literary works and other works on civil society and law through the organization of concerts, exhibitions, literary and multimedia presentations and workshops for children and adults;
– promoting a civil culture of equal values and equal opportunities to access and consume the aforementioned content for all citizens living in the Republic of Croatia, as well as for people from all over the world through the above-mentioned activities of promoting art;
– promoting equality and raising people’s awareness of the value of interpersonal tolerance, as well as the creative potential in each of us through the above-mentioned activities in the Republic of Croatia and abroad in accordance with the legal order of the respective country;
– promoting creative creation in painting and singing through educational programs (workshops, schools, seminars, etc.) of music, creating animated films and videos, graphic and digital design, painting, translation, dance, architecture, combinations of the above for children and adults, independently or in cooperation with educational institutions;
– publishing catalogs and promotional materials (in Croatian and English) for exhibitions and monographs, CDs accordingly, literary works, videos and all forms of printed material with the intention of promoting the Arte portas Association and its goals;
– improving the quality of life of the community, especially of children, youth and people with disabilities through artistic expression and cooperation with related domestic and international associations.
